It is her greatest wish to share the tools that she has gathered on her pilgrimage of Light. “I believe we are all living Light, here to engage in exploration, to empower ourselves with intention, to manifest our desires through vision, and to be exalted in celebration. My mission is to help build a global community of light and consciousness, using tools for transformation, empowerment and awareness. As a transformational in-depth counselor, artist and experienced workshop facilitator (30+ years) based in Nosara, Costa Rica, California and Europe, I am interested in people as artists, mythmakers and storytellers and the effects of these roles on their experiences of themselves and their lives.
I facilitate individual counseling and workshops in self-empowerment through bio feedback, visualization, symbol and metaphorical imagery as well as somatic and creative arts therapies.
How we think, plan, daydream, imagine, fantasize – our deeper feelings and intuition – can be be a necessary way to access the inner journey and self awakening awareness towards new self acceptance. This is also a heart based approach.
Trained in the creative arts and clinical therapy with a PhD in consciousness and spirituality, I use tools and techniques based on creativity, sound, fantasy and imagination – some of the most powerful components of experience.
As the matrix of the old world continues to collapse and the new earth awareness blossoms and expands, creative solutions can be remembered, rediscovered, expressed and integrated towards increased balance and well being.

Marma Chikitsa (Ayurvedic Energy Balancing)
A powerful, ancient Ayurvedic energy balancing to soothe and align the physical and etheric bodies. Marma is a Sanskrit word meaning hidden, or secret. These secret spots are major vortexes of Prana. They are the physical manifestations of the nadi chakra system. By removing blockages from these points, vital energy is restored giving physical and psychoiogical reiaxation and strength. Though this is an energy focused session, the body is luxuriously bathed in dosha balancing oils and hot towel compresses.
Basti (Heart, Low Back and Navel Treatment)
After the body is anointed with dosha balancing oils, basti, a dam made out of dough and filied with medicated oil, is moved from the low back to the navel and finally to the heart. This treatment considerably increases the circulation in each region, as the herbal oil gets deeply absorbed into the skin it both nourishes and strengthens the muscles and nerves, as we“ as, the emotional body. Then, ghee eye drops are administered to strengthen the eyes and lemon, salt and castor 0il are used on the feet to remove systemic toxins. Finally, warm herbal oil is poured in a gentle stream onto the forehead as a final touch to this deep relaxation.
Pindhi (Herbal Compress Massage)

Shila Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Hot Stone Massage)
Stone massage is an ancient, enduring form of therapeutic bodywork, using hot and cool stones and crystals. Hot stones soothe and release sore muscles and can be used as tools to work more deeply. Cooled stones reduce inflammation and refine the pores. Alternating hot and cold stones stimulates the circulatory system. The weighted warmth of the stones creates compression, which imparts deep relaxation and grounding. Dosha specific ayurvedic oils are used to create balance.

Its benefits are greatly enhanced after an ayurvedic massage, when the body is already relaxed and in a receptive state.
Swedhana (Herbal Steam Treatment)
Swedhana is received after an ayurvedic massage to further detoxify the body by pushing the toxins into the intestines and by helping the medicated oils to penetrate into the tissues by dilating body channels. This application of herbal heat reduces the body’s stiffness and heaviness, as well as, the slow, heavy and sticky quality of stagnant toxins.
